Does anyone know the name of the helicopter company?
that designed and built the new Russian Attack Helicopter that doesn’t use a tail rotor, but instead has twin blades, one above the other on the gimble head? I want to talk to them about custom designing a helicopter that uses the same technology but for a executive helicopter, non military uses?

It would be Kamov Helicopters, Russia.
Kamov isnt the only option though. Try Kaman Aerospace too, the K-MAX is worth a look.
